RETURN POLICY

Products must be unused, unlabeled, and in their original boxes, undamaged, as this damages the resaleability of the products.

*We kindly ask you to pack your returned products with their boxes in a cargo bag or a sturdy bag. There should be no cargo label, packing tape, etc. on the original boxes of the products. They must be sent undamaged, protected with a cargo bag. Cargo companies are not responsible for packaging with a cargo bag, make sure your cargo is packaged correctly when you deliver it. Returns that do not meet the conditions are not accepted.

Your Return Request will be answered within 1-3 business days depending on the workload.
